Children's Rand McNally World Atlas HB book - Ideal Edition # 221 - © 1937 - 96 pages w/original Dust Jacket. This book is rare. It was especially made for children & has illustrations of children of different lands on the dust jack and the hard cover in color. Our item nbr. 1474

Size 9 1/2" x 6 3/4"

Book and jacket have the same color illustrations front & back of people of different lands and/or around the world in their native costumes/outfits.

Interior has various information: color maps, black & white photos of places & people, historical information, political info including pictures of the presidents up to 1936 F. D. Roosevelt plus 2 pages of Results of Presidential Elections Since 1789 which includes who actually ran for office - president & vice president & votes they received. There are also maps and schedules of railways and air travel and point to point miles. Lots of interesting information!
