Our Shipping is by actual weight of item combined with a sturdy box and packing material. Some fragile items may need to be double boxed (like glass) to insure their safe arrival. We personally pack every item unless it is too big. Sometimes we need to create a box to fit, and if that is the case, we will need to charge you a small fee for that service. Most of the USPS boxes available do not fit our items so we use other sturdy recycled clean boxes that we can mark Priority or ship using our preferred carriers.  All items will have tracking and most will have insurance unless the item is $10.00 and under.

USA Shipping: all the items qualify for USA shipping and are so marked. If there is a price and no shipping, you will need to get a "Shipping Quote". Please include the item number, your name, your State and Zipcode. We are online daily except Sunday so we will reply the same or next day.
PRICED items that include shipping are only for USA delivery.

International Delivery: We have discontinued selling and shipping overseas. We will ship to Canada. Some buyers cross over to the USA side to receive a package at a local trading/convenience store. This is at buyers risk not ours if you want to do this.

FedEx Shipping: we print our own labels and deliver them directly to FedEx (not a pack and ship place) ;
FedEx requires a phone number on their form; gives a discount when item is shipped to a business address; charges a small fee for after 5 pm delivery to residential addresses; has excellent tracking and notification.

UPS Shipping: is now our favorite shipper. We take our packages to a local drop-off business or we request a Pick-Up (there is a charge for PKUP). We insure items according to value of items plus shipping charges. We also can select: Signature Required which means that if you are not home the will put a tag on your door handle with instructions to call them - your choice their charge applies.

USPS Shipping: we deliver our packages to our 23116 PO and have them scanned in, getting a receipt (not just drop them off) with a PayPal or Click-N-Ship Label. We use Priority labels on each side of the box because sometimes they do not read the shipping label. We do ship First Class items (13 oz and under) if they meet First Class standards plus Ground all depending on weight, size of box and your address.

TRACKING: We make sure you and us will receive tracking by email by adding to the form for tracking your and our info to receive the additional notification so we are all informed.

In Summary: We ship USA from Virginia 23116 to all parts of the USA by USPS, UPS & FedEx. Carriers will be checked for a shipping quote for you so you can determine which carrier you want and how much you want to spend on shipping. If you choose Express, please say so as we can do that too. Once you decide and have let us know by email, we will send you an email Invoice so you can view the charges and pay by check or Money Order or cash or PayPal invoice for the total amount you can pay with PayPal OR your Credit card through PayPal which is secure. They will let us know that the invoice is paid and we can start packing up your antique treasure. You will be notified by the carrier all tracking by email.
